All registered students and parents will receive an email with seminar details and instructions to fill out the required Pre-Seminar Materials Forms. Important information about these forms is included below.

Pre-Seminar Materials Forms

• Every ambassador is required to fill out the online Pre-Seminar Materials Forms by May 27th. 

• They must be completed in one sitting and will take approximately 15-30 minutes. Please make sure you have enough time to complete them once started.

• The link provided here for the Pre-Seminar Materials Forms is the same link sent to you via email. 

• If you have completed and submitted the forms and wish to verify that we have received them and/or make an update/correction, please email the HOBY TGC Director of Recruitment.

If an ambassador fails to complete the Pre-Seminar Materials Form, the ambassador will not be allowed to attend the seminar.
